Fidget ring. Print INNER ring with a pause at layer 48, and put the OUTTER ring over the top, and resume. Run the fine edge of a print removal tool around the top seam to free up. Silk filament makes the action nice and smooth. Ensure your filament settings are really dialled in, example can be seen in the image with the 2 Gold silk rings(Amazon Basic Gold Silk PLA, Black is Elegoo Basic PLA). The Gold Silk was printed on a Creality Ender 3 V3 SE, Black was printed on a Qidi Plus 4.
