This is a delightful squirrel feeder made for mounting an ear of corn (or the synthetic corn cylinders). Squirrels will actually sit in the chair and nibble away as if they're in a restaurant. You'll need a 4" x 3/16" stainless steel bolt. Insert it from underneath the chair section. Place the table on top and secure it with a lock washer and nut. When finished, screw the whole thing to a post. It helps to have a fender washer between the screw head and the feeder.
