The Osquip hasn't been seen in a main D&D book since 2nd ed and only in a setting splat book in 3rd. Unlike much of D&D's early stuff not even pathfinder has taken and published anything about it. I was looking through my 2nd ed Monstrous Manual for something to model and decided upon this weird rat beast.
