This is a set of two docking ports that are situated on the underside of the Refit Enterprise suacer. It is the hatch Spock leaves from in The Motion Picture as well as the matching one on the other side. This part is a composite of details gleened from screenshots, behind the scenes pictures of the filming model, and closup shots of the full size set from a cut scene in the film.
