One of the problems with the 1/350 Refit Enterprise Kit from Round2 is that, if you want to make a build with a visible hangar deck, you have to leave the doors off altogether. That's what the ship looked like when it was in dock in The Motion Picture. This three part kit gives you two door pieces for either side of the hangar that make ship look like it has properly open doors. And when you want the doors closed, just cover the entry with the third, center part. This door set is also more accurate than the kit part as it has alternating thicker and thinner lines like the studio model.
