MY kids were in Cub Scouts and they kept bringing these belt loop awards home and I didn't have anywhere to store them or display them, so I made one.

I thought I needed a horizontal bin for my calipers and aluminum ruler, and I couldn't find one already made that fit my caliper, so I pretty crapily threw this design together. My printer isn't large enough to print a model to enclose the whole ruler, so I left the calipers and ruler open to stick out the side (works in my drawer) but after printing the design out, the tools fit in the box but the tolerances were too tight, (I edited them before uploading). 
What I did discover during this process though, was that I need to measure *everything* and not just the models (see photos)
