The design comes with a broad variety of inserts to customize it for your personal needs.
Single and multi-color printing models are included as STL and 3MF! They work with all current and usual multi color setups.

**Instructions**
- Select your inserts. The variants A-G all come in different heights from 20 – 140 mm in 10mm steps. The inner height of the box is 140 mm with a little extra clearance. Make sure your selection adds up to that height.
- Print your inserts, the box, the lid and two of the handles and clips.
- Print as many band aids in as many colors as you want for decoration.
- Push the handles into the sides of the box.
- Insert the clips to connect the lid to the box and push them into the cutout with a little force.
- Put the inserts into the box.
- Optional: Add rubber bands to the inside of the lid for extra storage capacity.
- Glue the band aids onto your box.
- Enjoy!

MEMORIES COASTERS - FRONT.STL

**A fully 3d printed laundry detergent dispenser. It comes with a 100 ml cup, and you can freely adjust flow and dosage. The capacity is 2.4 L.**
The designs comes with a whirl to loosen the powder and crush crumbs to prevent the mechanism from clogging up. There are two sizes of whirls provided. If the smaller one leaves a tunnel of detergent stuck inside, use the bigger one.

The file of the cup is provided with the spout on the right side, for left-handed people. If you are right-handed, mirror it in the slicer before printing.

**Important**: This design does not work well with natural soap products unfortunately! I have tried to make extra versions for this specific use case, but the consistency will potentially result in a tunnel formation that even the big swirl can’t help with. Regular store-bought powder works great, but very unprocessed laundry soap not.

**Instructions**
- Print all parts
- Place the insert onto the bottom
- Insert the shaft into the stopper. (This is a press fit, if it is too loose, use a bit of glue here)
- Place the stopper onto the insert
- Add the top
- Add your whirl onto the shaft from above
- Place the lid

**Usage**
- Place the cup
- Move the stopper to the left (closed)
- Fill up the top with detergent powder
- Move the stopper to the right to open and increase flow the further you push
- The cup is 100 ml when filled to the brim, refer to your detergent manufacturers packaging, your water hardness and personal preference for optimal dosage. I just eyeball it, it’s fast and convenient.
- If you notice decreased flow or a blockage, move the stopper around to crush crumbs and loosen the powder (always with the cup below)
- You have to open the lid to check how much powder is left. I did not integrate a transparent slit, because I do not expect that the average user will have transparent filament around.

Required build volume: 120 x 120 x 220 mm

Only the stopper and shaft need to be printed a little stronger, I suggest 5 walls, 30% infill and 6 top / bottom layers. For all other parts default settings are perfectly fine.

This is my second generation of Lazy Susan mechanisms which incorporate concial bearings making it smoother and quieter to operate.  Attach it to a board on anything else you want to spin.   

This posting includes two sizes as follows:

180mm outside diameter, uses 36 bearings
230mm outside diameter, uses 40 bearings

In general, you want to use the largest size you can fit on the object you are attaching it to (and that your print bed will allow).  They can support a load in excess of 50kg.

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required.  No additional support is required.   A very light film of lubricant (I prefer synthetic) applied to the inside of the assembly will help to reduce noise and allow it to spin more freely.

Print Settings:

Material: PLA and ABS are best for the pin bearings.  The other parts of the design can be PLA, ABS or PETG.

My Settings:
Nozzle = 0.4mm
Layer height = 0.2mm
Line width = 0.4mm
Wall count = 4 (1.6mm)
Infill = 40%

Support:  Designed to print without support.

Fully 3D Printed, Snap-Together, Conical Bearing Turntable

A larger, smoother, fully 3D printed Lazy Susan built for more load capacity and stability — no metal hardware, no supports, and no compromises.

This is the 160mm version of my Version 3 radial bearing system, featuring redesigned conical rollers, improved carrier geometry, and reduced binding and friction.

**Why I Designed This**

Most printed Lazy Susans rely on loose balls, straight pins, or added hardware. They work, but they’re often noisy, inefficient, or inconsistent in FDM.

I wanted a fully printable radial bearing that:
- Rolls correctly without kinetic mismatch
- Reduces side rub and binding
- Prints cleanly without supports
- Snaps together easily
- Scales properly across multiple diameters

Version 3 refines roller retention, conical alignment, and carrier geometry into a smoother and more efficient system — and the 160mm size increases stability and load capacity over the 120mm version.

**How It Works**

This design uses conical rollers tilted by half the cone angle. This creates:
- A flat bottom race for smoother rolling
- A steeper top race for cleaner FDM print geometry

The rollers are retained at their ends using small indents and carrier nubs, eliminating side rub and reducing noise and binding.

The carrier must be installed with the connecting bars facing upward. Orientation matters.

You may assemble using:
- Full bearing count for maximum load capacity
- Half or even 1/4 of the bearings for quieter operation (reduced load capacity)

All parts print separately and snap together. No hardware required.

**Important Notes – Bearings & Print Quality**

- The conical bearings are specific to each size model
- Bearings from one diameter (120, 160, 200, etc.) will NOT work correctly in another size
- Do not mix bearings between models
- Always print the bearings included with that specific version

**Slicer Note – Seam Settings Matter**

The conical rollers perform best when the outer surface is smooth and consistent.

- If your printer produces very clean walls, no adjustment is needed
- If you notice a strong vertical seam bump, you may feel a slight rhythmic tick as the roller turns
- Switching seam placement from "Aligned" to "Random" often reduces the noticeable bump
- Reducing seam prominence improves smoothness and noise performance

A clean outer wall on the rollers makes a noticeable difference in rotation quality.

**Print & Slicer Settings (Recommended Starting Point)**

- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Walls: 4 perimeters (1.6mm)
- Top/Bottom: 5 layers
- Infill: 40% (100% for bearings)
- Supports: None required
- Wall generator: Arachne recommended

You can print all parts in PLA or other materials. Bearings operate noticeably quieter when printed in TPU.

After the release of my [A-Frame Cabin Lamp](https://than.gs/m/1221755), I decided to design a new version that could be used as both a lamp and a book rest. The result is a fun and functional print for your nightstand or desk to hold your latest read. Designed to hold smaller books - the cabin is 180mm / 7 inches long.

Designed to fit on a 180mm x 180mm print bed (Bambu A1 Mini, Prusa Mini) and does not require any supports.

This model is for a complete set with the same minimalistic style. The set includes a soap holder, a toothbrush holder and a cotton swab and make-up swab containers.  

Create your own custom make-up and cosmetic organizer.

This model includes the following components:

A two drawer cabinet (18cm L x 18cm D x 15 cm H - 7 inch L x 7 inch L x 5.8 inch H)). It offers 3 styles of drawer configuration.  No separation, half or quarters compartments.  The drawers pivot out for ease of use.

A stand alone, three row organizer;

A stackable rectangular container (18 cm L x 9 cm D x 4 cm H - 7 inch L x 3.5 inch D x 1.6 inch H );

A stackable square container (9 cm L x 9 cm D x 4 cm H - 3.5 inch L x 3.5 inch D x 1.6 inch H ).

Stand alone containers with lids. One has a slot on the side for make-up cotton swabs. They can be used for cotton swabs, make-up swabs or for other uses.  The containers are stackable. 

Electric toothbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste and a glass.  It includes a place for the charger and an electric toothbrush, three regular toothbrushes, toothpaste and a glass.  The glass is included with the model.

Soap holder

Cotton swab dispenser with three compartments.  A middle unit which is for a cotton swab dispenser.   There are two types of end units.  One to hold cotton make-up swabs and another for cotton balls.  The end units swing out for easy access.   Mirror models are provided for the end units so you can have two cotton make-up swabs cabinets or two cotton ball cabinets.

All containers are modular and stackable.

A separate zip file is included for each container.  Please note, optional items are also included as more than one configuration is offered.
