Dishes without holes are included for pressure forming or to use a dish.

It is designed for plant pots but can be used as a dish for other items.

I have cast 40+ trays using these moulds and have reused some over 10 times.

Reliable 8.5-degree draft angle

The design is fully parametrized in Fusion 360, allowing for custom variations upon request. Adjustable parameters include rim, thickness, height, base thickness, draft angle, and diameter. Fusion 360 file is not included yet.

Photos are of; each shape close up, 4 new moulds, 6 moulds after 5+ uses, all stacked and displayed. .zip contains variations without holes for pressure formers and as a 3D printable tray.

20%+ gyroid infill Less than 0.16mm layer height, any lines will be captured in the mould.

Positive 3D printed with Archimedes chords top layers for a different appearance.

High-quality models are uploaded as .step files for easy editing, faster print speeds and improved print quality.
