This is the core of my ClampDock system of modular accessories, which can be attached to a table, desk or shelf edge.  It is adjustable to varying thicknesses of materials and can host an array of accessories.  The clamping mechanism allows you to quickly attach and remove the device and adapt it to various installations.  

The ClampDock is 100% printed and snaps together; no hardware, fasteners or adhesives are required.

This download contains the ClampDock host files only.  You must download the snap-on ClampDock Accessories separately.  

**Print Settings**

For the best results, I suggest the following:
Material = PLA / PETG, use TPU95A for the grips.
Nozzle = 0.4mm
Layer Height = 0.2mm
Line Width = 0.4mm
Wall Count = 4 (1.6mm)
Top and Bottom Layer Count = 5
Detect Thin Walls = ON
Wall Generator = Arachne
Infill = 40% (Cubic)
Brim = Should not be needed 
Support = No
Print orientation = As per the STL/3MF files.

2025-02-08: I have added a shortened lever (file "ClampDock 1v00a_103b short lever.stl") which is a substitute for the original lever.  This new "short" lever allows you to position the ClampDock in a tighter space but at the expense of making the lever more difficult to feel and rotate.  I suggest printing both and testing them for your applications.

No supports needed. Scoop with curve to ensure material does not fall back out when pulling the scoop out. Inner volume of scoop is 1000ml.
Can be scaled to your liking, standard inner size is 74 x 74 mm. Angled opening part of the scoop should be placed on the printbed for optimal print quality.

This is a single-gang toggle-style wall plate.  

This is a sample of my collection of wallplates for North American style electrical outlet and switch wall plates.  I have created them for 1, 2, 3 and 4 gang rocker-style, toggle-style, classic outlet and blanks.  

**IMPORTANT** As the wall plates of switch and electrical outlets are considered part of a flame enclosure it is important to use a flame retardant / self-extinguishing filament when printing parts to be used in electrical applications. **A modular tea bag dispenser for an organized kitchen.**
By having the outlet slanted at a 45-degree angle you can always see which tea is inside and can remove them one by one ergonomically with one hand. The slit in the center of the lid allows for easy monitoring of how many remain. You can quickly and easily remove the design from the rail to fil up on your table. The removable cover also serves for quick untangling if the bags happen to get stuck. The extra weight makes sure that the ergonomic removal also works when there are few bags remaining.

The maximum tea bag size is 66x76 mm and it fits up to 25 bags.

This design is part of my “Raily” wall organization system. The rails are included but I recommend checking out the base set for more parts.

**Parts**
- Tea bag dispenser: Body, lid and weight 
- Rails: 3 sizes from 100 to 300 mm. 100 mm long end pieces are also included for a cleaner look.

**Instructions**
- Print your parts
- Place your rails. You can either screw or glue them onto your wall. I like to use 3M tape. The screw holes have a diameter of 5.5 mm, and they are always 100 mm apart.
Insert the weight into the pocket.
- Place the body horizontally on your table and fill it up with tea bags
- Slide on the lid (if you stuffed a few too many inside which is definitely doable – you have to press them down slightly while closing the lid)
- Place the dispenser onto the rail
- Take out the bags one by one with your thumb as seen in the images.
- To fix a tangle – you can slide the lid up slightly with your middle finger.
- To refill the design, remove it from the rail

**Print settings**
Required build volume: 190 x 190 x 250 mm
Material usage: 160 g per dispenser

- Material: PLA
- Print direction: files are rotated correctly
- Support: none
- Nozzle size: 0,4 mm
- Line width: 0,4 mm
- Layer height 0,2 mm
- Build plate adhesion type: none

Body, Lid and Rails print in default settings. Only the Weight needs more weight, so increased infill and shell thickness makes sense. Below is a suggestion.

This is a set of drink charms that can be attached to any kind of glass as well as wine glasses and beer bottles.  No more losing track of who’s drink is who’s.  The charms are all interchangeable with any of the hooks which attach to the beverages.

A fun, hide-in-plain-sight, hiding spot for cash, documents, keys, credit cards, etcetera.  This is a full-size clothes hanger with a snap-on storage box which becomes hidden under the garment on the hanger.  Prints in a 220mm x 220mm bed.

This is a simple 1-piece hook onto the tank design to hold a spare roll of toilet paper.   No one likes to run out of TP!

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required.  No support is required.  I have designed it to be quite rigid so that it feels good and sits well beside the tank. 

Revision Note: 2024-12-09 - I have reduced the diameter of the post to make the TP roll slide on and off more freely.  This new version is 1v01a.stl
