An amulet depicting the Ancient Egyptian goddess Aset (aka Isis). She is the wife of Osiris, the mother of Horus (the younger), and one of the five children of Nut and Geb, and is also known as the goddess of a thousand faces (certainly she has an impressive number of epithets and appelations.) Here she is holding an ankh and wears the symbol of the Royal Throne as her headdress.
