**Print Settings **

• Supports: None required; ignore slicer warnings.
• Infill: 10% (can be reduced if needed).
• Print Orientation: Print in place as shown in the images.

**Assembly Requirements **

• Magnets: Eight 10mm x 2mm magnets to secure the box and cover.
• Glue: Super glue for attaching magnets and wood glue for securing the box to the bottom cover.

**Assembly Instructions **

1. Paint First: Paint all parts before assembly for a polished finish.
2. Attach Magnets: Use super glue to fix the magnets into the slots provided.
3. Glue the Box: Apply wood glue to attach the box to the bottom book cover.
4. Secure with Tape: Close the lid and wrap the entire box with masking tape to hold everything in place while drying.

Allow the glue to dry completely before use.

• Finish: The model in the images features a hand-painted design.

I use artist-grade paints for all my models, and my go-to brand is Atelier. For this model, I used Pale Gold, Green, White and Raw Umber(2 thin undercoats). I’m not affiliated with Atelier; it’s simply the paint I prefer, I use when painting on canvas and 3d models. However, feel free to use any high-quality artist paint or whatever works best for your style! Finish with a Matt or Gloss varnish.

Paint Guide: For painting, don't worry too much about making mistakes. The best way is to practice on a test print first.

For this box, I recommend painting the entire model with two thin coats of Raw Umber (a dark brown color). Let each coat dry completely before applying the next one.

Once dry, use the dry-brush technique:

• Put a small amount of Pale Gold paint on a brush.
• Wipe almost all of the paint off on a paper towel.
• Do not add water.
• Lightly brush over the raised details only.
• Build up the color gradually with several light passes.

For the leaves, use a green paint and apply it lightly to the leaf areas. You can then add a small amount of Pale Gold over the highest points to create highlights.

The secret is to use very little paint and several light passes rather than one heavy coat. Practice until you find the look that suits your taste best.

Para la pintura, no te preocupes demasiado por cometer errores. Lo mejor es practicar primero en una impresión de prueba.

Para esta caja, recomiendo pintar todo el modelo con dos capas finas de Raw Umber (marrón oscuro). Deja secar completamente cada capa antes de aplicar la siguiente.

Cuando esté seco, utiliza la técnica de pincel seco:

• Pon una pequeña cantidad de pintura Pale Gold (oro pálido) en el pincel.
