Recommended Lighting Works best with warm white LED puck lights, but RGB puck lights can be used for customizable colors and effects.

Painting Tip: For the painted version shown, I used only Raw Umber and Pale Gold.

1. Dry brush the entire model with Raw Umber and allow it to dry completely.
2. To soften the bright white showing through the openings, lightly dampen a fine soft brush with water and gently work around the cutout and inside areas. Allow to dry.
3. Finish with a light Pale Gold dry brush over the raised surfaces to bring out the details and create contrast.

Adding paint to your prints can dramatically increase their visual appeal and perceived value. A simple hand-painted finish helps showcase the details and gives the model a unique artisan look that can be promoted as a hand-painted piece. Light setting for the painted version shown I used white, this creates the warm white soft appearance.
