4 fuel cranes in N Scale, specifically designed for use on to of my N Scale Tank Car loading Platform type 1 and type 2. These are used for loading tank cars or tanker trucks. This construction eliminates the need for heavy hoses. The counterweighted boom can be swiveled and lowered to reach a filling cap on top of a vehicle. Please note, in this scale model the boom does not actually rotate, that's just not possible. Installation: paint the cranes while they are on the sprue. Cut a crane off the sprue, trim the bottom flush. Glue the bottom rear of the unit to the walkaway, cut the bend of the sprue and glue it to the bottom of the fuel crane to make it look like the feeder for the crane comes from below the walkway.
