Merchant Tiers can be offered by creators and please refer to their particular terms and conditions when subscribing. A Merchant Tier is valid and live as long as you remain subscribed to the Merchant Tier. If you cancel your Merchant Tier subscription your rights (as agreed with the creator) over the products will cease immediately. Please note the following standard Merchant Tier Commercial Use Licence terms:

1. Creators are the sole owner of the products (e.g. STL files) and their derivatives. The products are a copyrighted work belonging to the creators.
2. Creators grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the products in line with their particular terms and conditions.
3. All copyrights belong to the creator, no rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user. All products and associated imagery and assets are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Any theft, redistribution, resale, imitation, licensing, leasing, or claimed ownership of the creator’s copyrighted brand and materials will be considered a breach of this agreement, an infringement of copyright law, and dealt with accordingly.
