For those you that like tealights, I now have a lattice version of my holder. It is very simplistic and easy to make on any printer. This is also compatible with real and electronic tealights.

I tested a full candle printed in PLA, and they worked fine. However, hypothetically, I would recommend using PETG as it is not as flammable or melty.
