This Color-Coded Task Storage Drawer system is a 3D printable, stackable organizer designed to help you store and select tasks based on effort and available time. Each drawer represents a difficulty level—green for simple tasks, orange for medium-effort tasks, and red for more challenging or time-consuming tasks. Tasks can be written on paper and placed inside the drawers, creating a physical pool of work items to choose from.

The idea behind this design is to remove decision fatigue when choosing what to work on. Instead of scrolling through lists or overthinking priorities, you simply pick a drawer that matches your current energy or time availability. This system encourages progress without pressure, making it easier to stay productive even on low-motivation days. The stackable design keeps everything compact and adaptable to your workspace.

This design is also part of a personal challenge I’m doing for the year 2026: designing and releasing a brand new 3D printable model every single day for an entire year.
