Introducing my RoboTortoise design! This Robot Tortoise is a fun Sci-Fi twist on my original tortoise design. I loved diving into the details like the pistons and shocks, the solar panels, and of course the jet engines!!
It works great in single color, but also comes with 3 different Multicolor 3MF options (4-Color, 3-Color, and 2-Color)!! Choose the 3mf that works best for your preferred print time and filament use!

Printing Details
- RoboTortoise: Print-in-Place. No supports needed.
- THREE Multicolor 3MFs! (Compatible with PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio) 4-Color: The full "deluxe" print color scheme. 3-Color: Save on some print time and filament use. Still very detailed coloring. 2-Color: Save even more print time and filament. A bit less detailed, but still very fun.
- 10%-15% Infill (I recommend Gyroid, Crosshatch or 3D Honeycomb)
- 3 Walls.
- *if you get slicer alerts about "Floating regions", they can be safely ignored.
Pulling the legs out fully allows them to pop into sockets. That creates enough tension to make him stand up. It may be difficult the first few times, but once it breaks-in, it should work with light effort. The head has built in pre-supports, just twist the head after printing to crack the joint free.

This should generally scale down to about 60% with full articulation, on a well calibrated printer. Your mileage may vary.
*This model was designed for FDM printing. It was not designed for Resin printing, and I cannot guarantee good/functional results. Resin print at your own risk.
