Introducing the articulated Hammerhead Shark! I've always loved the odd, alien-like, look of the hammerheads, and had a blast designing this grumpy fellow. I hope you enjoy!
This model is Pre-Supported (no added supports required). You can even use the removed head supports as mini-stands to balance the shark on for a little extra posing option. (it takes a bit of balancing.)
Here is a quick video showing how to remove the Pre-Support and snap-fit the head onto the body (demo'd on the Leopard Gecko).

Printing Details *This model was designed for FDM printing. It was not designed for Resin printing, and I cannot guarantee good/functional results. Resin print at your own risk.
Includes 4 files:
- Body: Print-in-Place.
- Head with custom Pre-Support: Supports are built into the model. Snap them off when complete. No Additional Supports Needed. Use the snapped off Eye support wedges as mini-stand to balance the model upright (see image gallery) -Multicolor 3MF Now Included: Compatible with both PrusaSlicer and Bambu Studio. -Head bare: includes an unsupported version of the head in case anyone prefers it, but I highly recommend using the pre-supported head
*Good bed adhesion is a must for successful printing. If you have bed adhesion trouble, I suggest a brim. I use a 0.25mm Brim Gap to make removal easier.
- 5%-15% Infill.
- 3 Walls. This model has been successfully printed down to 65%. Below that the joint function may start to become compromised. YMMV
