this is an x wing of my own design for my own series that makes the disney sequel non canon with side boosters and four directional thrusters on its fixed jets which have curved connections, the wing still move from closed to open although i didn't get the gears right for them to move all at once in the time i had,i made the wings to have a curved shape and the blasters to have more details (although i made them too small to fully print) and on the wings i put half of the new symbol for the republic , i also put a hatch for the astromech droid (examle R2D2) to open and fix the ships systems on the top back and lastly i rounded the cockpit and nose of the fighter, unfortunately i was not able do and more before today like make sure all the measurements and for the proton torpedo launcher hopefully when i make a version 2 i fix those mistakes and make it look much better

not only does this speaker cover have a unique look but will also change how the speaker sounds from growl closed to roar fully open. It also has an interchangeable template which I 100% made just in case i was to make more if any one wanted to use my template and only that stl for your design for the contest feel free to do so. The teeth i made  years ago after an image of a tiger's skull and jaw bone and made the face and mouth around it. 

Ps joel if your reading this i'll be printing this and send it you for test i would like to hear how my prints affect the sound of your speaker also if you could can you change my $50 amazon card to  a $50 ebay because of personal reasons if i won that prize
Update i had the files processed by netfabb thanks to the advice of danishfish so they should look right 
update2 unfortunately due to my pei sheet adhesion problem with my cr10 max the tiger speaker main part is going to be delayed
