Gridfinity concept by Zack Freedman

the double drawer fits nice. the two compartment draw is to narrow.
Drawer body still has issues with dimensions
Would not recommend this. Drawers are way too small, body is rounded at the back, walls and everything is waaayy too thick and would take ages to print even with a 0.8 nozzle. Had everything remodeled but not printed yet. Think before you print!
Trying to print this, but the right two grid feet are both oversized, and are sticking out the front, back and side by about .4mm (if the drawers are facing you). Is there any way you can fix that?
Yes, I will try to fix this asap. And thanks to your comment, for drawing my attention to the comments section.
Before I print this, can you please verify if this has been fixed? Cheers
Don't even bother downloading this. After finding the right scale for small drawers I tried double height one. Of course it has its grooves modeled wrong and doesn't fit. Big waste of plastic
Drawers are way to small. Just wasted over 100g of filament. I can't recomend this model, of course i will try to scale the drawers to fit, but i expected that the autor tested the files.
Printed the "Thicker" single drawer and its width is undersized for the little cabinet? There is a ~3mm gap between the cabinet and the drawer. Looked at my settings and its scaled to 100%... is that an stl issue or something I did?
Awesome idea and thanks for sharing! Woult it be possible to have the top lid of the Chest (Box) removable so that the whole thing could be printed in normal orientation and then add the top lid afterwards (as a separate print). Maybe with Snap Fits?
I like a lot your concept of the drawers. I was thinking of using them in my ikea kallax to sort some materials and close the dusty kallax. I was wondering if you have consider a naked drawer rack for cases like "there is already housing available". Great work a contribution. Cheers
Unfortunately when slicing the Drawer Body in PrusaSlicer-2.5.0 with the cavity facing up, results in error. I believe this is caused by same reason provided by this video. Unfortunately the video's solution is to change object orientation, but that is non applicable here.
