A simple mechanism consisting of two meshing gears. The files include multiple gear options with different tooth counts, allowing you to combine them to achieve different gear ratios.

TOY-002 files are named according to their number of teeth. Since the gear pitch is 2 mm, the gear diameter (in mm) is equal to twice the number of teeth. TOY-001 and TOY-003 files are named according to the center-to-center distance (in mm) between the two gear shafts. A gear combination is compatible when the center-to-center distance (in mm) is equal to the sum of the tooth counts of the two gears.
