Which pen should we use for this?

EDIT: I have quickly figured out that the BIC Cristal inserts are not all the same width. Some are thicker than others. Which is odd. I have found a few inserts that just will not fit into the 106%. Too small still. Just an FYI. It's not you, it's them. ;) I have a bunch of the Cristal BIC pens at home. I sized it for this specific BIC pen. 106% seems to be the best size. It fits firmly in place but easy to pop out.
