This attaches to the bed under the leveling wheel on the front left side, then with 2 M3 Bolts and 2 M3 Nuts you can attach the ADXL345 to the mount.

in the second picture you can see where this is going, just remove the nut and put the piece in, then screw the nut back in. By the nut i mean the wheel that adjusts your bed.
