This is an alternate spool mount for the Peopoly Magneto X 3d printer. 

I did not like the stock mount that came with the printer. I thought it was too flimsy and I had some spools fall off while printing. So, I designed this sturdy spool mount

This mount uses the existing threaded holes on the left hand side rail. 
I used M4x12 and M3x16 screws to attach this to the printer. 

You may want to add some very light grease or dry lube to the sleeves that go over the rollers. Then attach the roller end caps with glue.

This set is a full mounting system for the 3D Chameleon. 
This is for the Peopoly Magneto X 3D printer. 

The mount can go either on the left or right hand top rail of the machine. 

NOTE: This kit is only meant for Magneto X printers that are not enclosed.

UPDATE 3/20/2023: 

I've updated the design a bit so that it fits better inside the vacuum.
It now resembles the original part a bit more. 

V2 Changes: 
- The underside now has a hollow cone shape.
- The part is shorter so it fits better
- Zero supports needed
- The center hole is slightly smaller so it fits the shaft tighter. 
- The part is now 4-5 grams lighter. 
- New photos to the post so you can see how it's installed. 

Description: 
My Dyson DC23 canister vacuum stopped spinning the brush heads. I took it apart and found that the impeller was broken and could not longer hold itself to the metal shaft in the head. 

I did not want to buy a $100 part or a new vacuum so I designed this replacement impeller for my Dyson vacuum. 

I've had it installed for about 8 months prior to this post and have had no issues or problems with it.
