Desert Eagle Keychain — Functional Blaster Toy
📦Keychain Blaster Gift Crate — a stylish storage and gift box that has an insert designed for this blaster!
The Desert Eagle is pure excess — massive, unmistakable, and built to make an impact. More icon than sidearm, it’s all about presence.
A compact Desert Eagle -inspired keychain blaster designed for maximum fun in a minimal form factor!
This tiny hand cannon shoots standard 6mm airsoft BBs and features a removable magazine with a 5-round capacity, making it surprisingly satisfying to load and fire despite its size. The design focuses on clean mechanics, reliable function, and a crisp tactile feel.
Perfect as a desk toy, fidget gadget, or just a pocket-sized conversation starter.
Printing tips: No AMS required to make this multicolor, all the different colored parts are separate!
All the parts are already in the optimal orientation for printing!
The following parts require supports:
- Frame — Normal supports
- Hammer — Normal supports
- Front Slide — Normal supports, just a little for the front sight
Rear Slide has small built-in supports you have to remove before assembly.
I recommend brim for the Rear Slide because it warps very easily at the back and the contact area is pretty small. It's also a good idea to use brim for Barrel, Front Slide, Rear Slide Spring Cap and Grip depending on your bed adhesion.
If you use Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer, a handy print project file is included with the settings I used to print this!
Assembly: You'll need superglue and two small 5mm diameter springs 20-25mm long.
See the included assembly video (listed above the promo pics)!

Could you please upload the Studio file? I don't see it
I updated the file in the system and now it should be included in the archive, please try downloading again. Thangs weirdness... Thank you for letting me know!
You mean the .3mf? It's there — Desert Eagle Keychain Blaster - Bambu Project.3mf.
Edit: Okay, that's strange, I tried downloading the files and it's not in the archive for some reason even though I see it in my uploaded files.
