This pillow, while it doesn’t fit as perfectly, will definitely hold the Playstation 4 controller as well. I just set one of mine on it and I can only tell it wasn’t made for it because I know it was for the PS5 controller.

It's all about the simulation parameters. Trust me, it took a lot of trials and errors before the final look was achieved. Keep it up, and you will get there.
Beautiful model! Such a shame this won't fit 220x220 mm bed which makes it unprintable on most printers without printing in two parts. What makes it worse is that it comes so close to fitting, it just barely doesn't make it 😅. I'd definitely pay for this and the Xbox one if they fit my bed!

The model is actually free, and you can still slice it into two parts if you want to print it on a 220x220 bed. It’s a bit of extra work, but totally doable with basic tools.

No unfortunately not, don't be sorry though, seriously love the design, might try to cut it and glue it together, see how that turns out. Or buy a printer with a bigger bed lol ;-)

which extrusion width and layer height do you recommend? And how many perimeters?
I printed one version and generate some holes in some parts.

Do it in Prusa Slicer with the newish snap pin add feature might not even need glue.
