The signature ranger of the Titanus Carrier Zord. When the spell on Tommy was broken, he still defected to Lord Zedd and got an upgrade. In response, Zordon used the White Light of Goodness to forge a new, more powerful ranger to combat Tommy and Lord Zedd, the Brachion Ranger.
