I found the original duct sends most the air out of the vent directly in front of the 90 degree bend where it turns into a ring. I stuffed a tiny piece of aluminum foil in that vent to test it and instantly stopped my bubbling on one side. I remixed it with a wedge in the way to split the airflow, while allowing the residual turbulence to feed that same primary vent. Excellent print quality with this now. The sleeve on it should be tight enough that you don't need any adhesive, and you should remove it when not in use to avoid warping from lack of air flow. I used PETG. * I added an extended one that is more egg shaped if you are having issues with it being too close to hot end. *

the original version had the air intake on the fan facing the mount and restricting airflow. It also did not clear the rails properly and if your Z end stops are too tall (past the linear rail) it collides with it. This adapter clears both the rail and end stops just barely. I suggest a piece of double sided tape for in between the Bondtech and fan. As well as one at the union of fan and duct. This is OVERKILL as the fan is and extremely tight fit and should not require a screw etc. The tape is more of sealant and secondary mounting bracket.

I made this " Pin support challenge" but on Tinkercad with Cura, not Full control XYZ. So this is a close clone but not the same. It still does circles for the base. I am curious to see if someone can address this with the same setup. I have tried without the brim support and have yet to pull that off correctly. This is a 10mm sphere with a 9mm void, a 1mm tall dome cap inverted for first 3 layers of sphere, a 1mm cone pulled up past the sphere for a tapered union at the sphere's lower union, and cut off at the top. I added a 2mmx1mm disc for support on the bottom to attempt without brim. *I highly suggest going to fullcontrolxyz and just make your own G code there. If you saw my video on TikTok, it's not this file. That one I made on FullControlXYZ.

This is PETG , print with round knob on top to make it easier to print. Gyroid, or any other reinforced infill pattern is recommended.
