This is the first release of a new, stackable pour over system by Fresh Brewed Design. Take your pour over to the next level (get it?).

This was a big project in terms of time and filament, so I greatly appreciate your likes, collects, and downloads! Please also leave a comment with your scale and kettle combo so I know what to support next.

This release includes modules for

  • Fellow Stagg / Corvo EKG kettle
  • Acaia Pearl scale

Bill of materials

Key features

  • Stacks your gear vertically to save counter space
  • Assembles quickly with no tools required
  • Maintains the accuracy of your scale
  • Holds a full kettle of water without flexing
  • Retains access to the charging port on the scale

To assemble

  1. Snap the drawer slides into the base
  2. Attach the drawer to the slides using the front and rear clips (2x each)
  3. Attach the drawer front to the drawer by hooking it into the front of the drawer slides and attaching the knob (be sure the knob goes through both the drawer front and the drawer itself)
  4. Pop your scale on the drawer - it should sit nicely in the center
  5. Slide the front support in to the dovetails at the top of the drawer module
  6. Insert your kettle base into the kettle holder
  7. Stack the kettle module on top of the assembled scale module

Printing

  1. Fits on 180mm and larger build plates
  2. Make sure your bed adhesion is dialed - there are several big, flat pieces
  3. No supports
  4. Print as oriented in the STLs
  5. Print two each of the front and rear clips
  6. 4+ walls on the knob for sturdier threads
  7. The clips can be fragile, so PETG or other sturdy filament is recommended
