Highly recommended to not print it silk, just regular pla is recommended. (for strength, the base and top should be silk compatible only.
Print settings - (print each stl and 2x of the stl labelled 1x cog)
Track wall thickness 0.3
infill gyro 15% 2 walls
Rest of the print wall thickness 0.42
infill 15% 2 walls
No support or brims necessary.
To assemble - ( see pics)

first carefully flex the track to loosen the joins.

second insert the spring in the base as shown.

insert the cogs and track in the shown order (cod with handle to the top of the base)

align the top with the base and click together.

push the handle onto the exposed latches on the top.
And that's it, no glue or other parts needed, it should be fairly simple and quick to assemble but any trouble just ask and I will assist asap.
If the track feels tight after a few rotations it should ease depending on your choice of filament.
