Seems pretty daring to have a 3d printed connecting rod for the kind of pressures it will have to endure, even with the geometry that a program would have used to optimized the dimensions to have the strength and light weight. I think its an awesome idea but I personally wouldn't print it if I had a metal printer in my engine unless you had a 7mge block that can also just be printed lol.
