Black and Red!
Filament changes to achieve the desired result. Printed with .2mm layers. Can be scaled up for a plaque, I would keep Z at 7mm even for a plaque. I used .3mm width top layer and ironed the topmost surface.
Red till 5.4 White 5.6 - 6.4 Black 6.6 - 7
Printed with PolyTerra charcoal black, army red and generic white. PolyTerra recommended, it covers wells.
