The Five Stripes!
Filament changes to achieve the desired result. Printed with .2mm layers. Can be scaled up for a plaque, I would keep Z at 7mm even for a plaque. I used .3mm width top layer and ironed the topmost surface.

Printed with PolyTerra charcoal black, army red, HobbyKing gold yellow and a generic silk gold. PolyTerra recommended, it covers wells.
