My take on Joe Mike Makes Maker Chip. 
I used K2 Kevin's maker chip kit and instructions to make it. https://thangs.com/designer/K2_Kevin/3d-model/MakerChip%20%E2%97%89%20Maker%20Chip%20%E2%97%89%20The%20New%20Maker%20Coin-1042339

I did top layer ironing on the assembly (early attempts I accidentally just did one part of the assembly and it turned out poorly).
I found the QR code worked better if I did it in a different colour than the outer ring.
