Flying Dragon Magnets
These are the Flying Dragon Magnets! I took the Dragons In Flight wall-hanging model I released two years ago, shrunk it down, and redesigned it with a slot for 6x3mm magnets. They make awesome fridge magnets, display magnets, or just fun little fantasy prints to stick around your workspace.
I printed mine using Gold Winter from Jessie (Printed Solid), and the finish came out incredible with the extra shimmer. It's one of my favorite filaments so maybe I'm bias.
Recommended Print Settings
- Layer Height: 0.16mm
- Walls: Arachne Walls enabled
- Walls: 3
- Infill: 10% Gyroid
- Supports: Tree Supports ON
- Outer Wall Speed: 100mm/s
- Inner Wall Speed: 100mm/s
- Printer Used: Bambu Lab A1
Each dragon uses around 20g of filament and takes roughly 1.5 hours to print with these settings.
If the wings give you any trouble during printing, try slowing the print speeds down even more for extra stability and cleaner results.
I hope you enjoy the model and have fun printing them! Happy Printing! -Christian, @CraftyKid3D
