Key ring adapter to make it easy to separate keys.  When I drop my car off at the dealer, I like to easily remove my house keys.  Use to switch between keys sets.

A simple key latch mechanism.  The key is a triangle shape.  Only that shape will fit into the lock and unlock the mechanism.
This is not a perfect lock, as locks only keep out honest people.

I was looking for a good way to hold several samples at once from the Makerbox Sample Kit.  Lots of good ideas out there from fellow Makers.  I wanted to put my own filament spin on things and came up with this model.

The is a Main Reel which is threaded.  It comes in two sizes, the larger one holds up to 4 of the Filament Reels, the shorter Main Reel holds up to 2.  The Filament reels slide over the thread and are held in place with the Nut.  When not using one of the sample filaments, simply feed the filament through one of many holds in the reel.

I was looking for a way to clean up clutter in the kitchen cabinets.  I have two rolling pins and they kept getting in the way.  Either they were on top of boxes or under them and to make maters worse, they were always stored in those upper cabinets above the refrigerator.  I came up with this hanger to hold one or two rolling pins and it mounts to the inside of the cabinet (must be a deeper cabinet, not 12")

I designed a single and a double hanger.  The cross piece helps keep them aligned and makes it easier to mount on the inside of the cabinet (or on a wall if you choose).  Used #6 screws to mount to the wall.

IF MOUNTING TO THE INSIDE OF THE CABINET, BE SURE TO USE THE RIGHT LENGTH SCREWS AND BE CARE YOU DON'T DRILL THROUGH THE OUTSIDE WALL OF THE CABINET

For a double hanger, you need to print two of the double end pieces and two of the cross pieces.
For a single hanger, you need to print two of the single end pieces and one cross pieces.

The cross piece snaps right in, depending on your printer tolerances, you might need to sand the cross piece a bit to make it fit flush.

Rolling Pin Hanger

A simple desk stand for the common 4 line LCD Display (4x20) panel.  Includes a way to tie off the wires to the connector on the I2C board mounted to the back of the display.  The display is attached by four #6-32 threaded mounts.  I included a print for a #6-32 nut incase you don't have some laying around.

The stand is great in helping prevent accidental damage (i.e. shorts) when you are doing your prototyping; also keeps your fingers off the circuit board for the most part.



4 Line LCD Display Stand

This is a simple case for the Adafruit Micro Lipo USB charger.  It snap fits together (or you can super glue it).  It will hold the included power cable inside the case.  The two holes on the front allow for the LED light to pass through if you use a darker color PLA.  If you use white, the LED will shine through the plastic.

Just attach your own connector for charging your batteries.  Connectors are available on Ebay or Adafruit.

I recommend a 0.2mm nozzle to print this as it does best to get the details for the snap fit.  There is about 0.1 mm tolerances in the holes.

The LED light pass through holes re 1.85mm diameter.  I actually inserted some clear PETG (T-Glase) that I had laying around as a "fiber optic".  If you don't have any, the light shines through just fine.

I added built-in supports to the body as printing a rounded bridge causes printing issues.  No added supports are required.  Simply use a pair of needle-nose pliers to break away the support to allow the rubber band to pass through the body.

In Prusa Slic3r, under Printer Settings | Layers and Perimeters | check "Detect Thin Walls".

In Cura slicer, under Printer Settings | Shell | check "Print Thin Walls".
