TERMS & CONDITIONS clarifications

It seems some people have been using my product photos in their own instagram posts or websites, as well as my own product descriptions word for word or translated into various languages.
Product photos and descriptions should be unique so as not to crowd the internet with duplicate listings.

So here are a few clarifications of the terms & conditions for my Commercial Seller License membership:

- Originality in Photography/media:

Do not use my original photos/videos, they are not available for use.

Use pictures of your own prints of my designs.

Your listings will look more unique (and not duplicate of others) and will help you stand out.

- Unique Product Descriptions:

Do not use my original product descriptions.

Your product descriptions must be unique for the same reasons stated above.

- Designer Credit:

Please credit "Charles Regaud" or link back to one of my product pages in your product descriptions.
In your Instagram posts of my designs, thanks to mention @charles_regaud somewhere and, as tit-for-tat goes, I'll gladly promote your posts on my profile.
