Additional size for the MANDO roll holder

This roll holder now comes in two sizes:
- the original size (height 250mm)
- and a shorter version (height 215mm) for PRUSA lovers or other printer types with smaller volumes.

I'm also working on resizing most of my lamps so they can fit on smaller printers.
