This chunky Stormtrooper kit is roughly 6.5 inches (17cm) tall once assembled.

As with all of our models, this prints with no supports, assembles with no glue, and doesn't require a multi-material 3D printer! Assembly instructions are included in the download with the files, and the print settings are listed in the photos above.

HipHop Trooper
Printed some parts using variable layer height for better quality. Scaled 120%. I added some manual supports in critical areas just in case to avoid losing all the piece, but at the end, I don't think they were really necessary. Everything fits perfectly. I was impressed with the quality of the model; everything was designed to perfection.

This Stormchunker, customized with a fresh skin tone to match Finn from Star Wars! I took the original design and modified the color to better reflect his character, making this trooper stand out. The print quality came out perfect, with sharp details and a smooth finish. Every piece fit together flawlessly, and the final model is incredibly durable—built to last. This was a fun project that turned out even better than expected!
My army continues to grow! As always with The Kit Kiln, everything comes out and goes together flawlessly. Can't wait to get more colors and print more chunky troopers!

I’m having problems getting the eyes to go together on a 50%. Using PLA.

50% scale worked well for me. The only challenge was inserting the white part of the eyes and mouth into the black parts. So I scaled the white mouth and eye inserts to 98% (That's after scaling all plates to 50%). While leaving the black eye and mouth parts at 50%. At 98% those parts inserted ok into the eyes and mouth. It was still tight but it worked. I pressed them all the way in with pliers.
