FUNCTIONAL MINI SPOOL FOR FILAMENT LEFTOVERS

Two major modifications:

1. I increased the hub of the spool to 50mm dia like most of the commercial filament spools
2. I resized the male and female spool parts to fit 220/220 Ender3 build plate, so that they can be printed in one shot.

Additionally, I changed the appearance and included several filament end guiding holes.

Finally, I decreased the wall thickness of the spool to 2mm to save filament and print time while preserving firmness.

SIZES and WEIGHT:

• Outer Diameter: 124mm (to fit both male and female spool parts to Ender 3 build * plate when they are positioned diagonally)
• Inner Diameter: 71mm
• Bore Diameter: 50mm
• Spool Thickness: 21mm
• Inside Thickness: 17mm
• Total PLA Weight (tare): Cura--> 49gr, Actual--> 46.5gr when printed.

The total print time with 0.28mm layer height for both male and female parts at one shot is still significant as 4:30 hrs but the result is quite impressive.
