Simple and cute pill box to carry within your key chain against emergency health situations.
I designed 4 sizes for easy print but you can resize the boxes (and corresponding twist on/off lids) according to your needs (less than 16mm not recommended as the box gets very thin and not printable).
No supports needed. You can print the box and its corresponding lid at once. I didn't use any build plate addesions (such as brim) during print, but you may need for the screw lid based on your printer and build plate.
After print, brush the screw parts of the box and the lid with dry hand soap for first time use for easy turn. Then it will be smooth and fit very well.
I once tried with 21mm size and it takes upto 5 pills with the size of 8.8mmX5mm.
According to my experience PLA is not waterproof but only water resistant to some extend. So, control your pills against mouisture from time to time. I assume no responsibility in this respect.
