Print-In-Place storage Box
A really useful hinged box with a clip. The model is entirely print in place with no assembly required.
A range of sizes are available and more can be made as requested, I'll upload additional sizes to this design.
The file name is HHxWWxDD_tT.T.stl Where: HH = Height in mm WW = Width in mm DD = Depth in mm T_T = Clearance in mm (0_2=0.2mm)
Tolerance:
Tolerances of your 3D printer have to be considered for the print in place hinge so I have designed the parts with different clearances to accommodate a range of printers. If your printer is well tuned you will be able to use the files with _t0.2 at the end of the file name. Print the smallest box to check.
If the hinge is too tight then use the files with _t0.4 in the filename for a greater clearance and a looser hinge
