Use these boards to have a tactile feel to how much you need to oversize your holes in your design to obtain the desired “tightness”.

For example, with my printer, I need to oversize my hole by 0.4mm for a snug fit on circular parts and 0.8mm for a snug fit on square parts.

NOTE: The round peg and square peg have a diameter and width of 15mm.

NOTE 2: Fitment Board 0-1 and Fitment Board 1-2 may need to be angled diagonal on the build plate to fit.

NOTE 3: Fitment Peg_Rounded Square has a 0.5mm fillet at the corners to reduce “bulging” during printing

 

“Fitment Board” is for approximate fitment with tolerances of 0.0mm up to +1.2mm in intervals of 0.2mm.

“Fitment Board 0-1” is for more precise fitment with tolerances of 0.0mm up to +1.0mm in intervals of 0.1mm.

“Fitment Board 1-2” is for more precise fitment with tolerances of +1.0mm up to +2.0mm in intervals of 0.1mm.

I was having issue with the original model by Zotty on Thingiverse where the hinges would keep breaking and prevent me from mounting the camera. To solve this issue, I modified the mount to have a housing to slide the camera into and remove the issue of anything potentially breaking during installation. I have also added a slot in the back of the housing for easy cable management/pass through.

Ender 3 Pro Phillips Hue LED Lightstrip Plus Lightbar used to provide plenty of lighting to your bed plate. It easily slides onto your aluminum cross support. All items can be printed without supports.

 

All Left/Right nomenclature is used to identify which side of the printer the item is intended for when facing the printer.

 

LED Rack End Left/Right Stop - Used on either the left or right side of the strip to prevent the LED lightstrip from being passed too far through the rack.

LED Rack End Left/Right - Used to “start” the LED lightstrip rack. You would insert the LED lightstrip from which ever end this is on.

LED Rack Mid - Used to span the gap between the LED Rack End Left/Right and the LED Rack End Left/Right Stop.

Adapter Housing Left/Right - Used to house the lightstrip adapter. Contains a small lip to prevent the adapter from being pushed too far through.

I have designed a dual mount camera mount for the Logitech C920 and the Amazon Blink Mini. The intention of this design is to minimize the number of camera mounts required, as well as allow the user to stream/record their print while also being able to have access to live views of the printer/print without interrupting said stream/recording.

 

Inspiration for both mounts was taken from Printables @MarcHooghiemstra Logitech C920 mount and Printables @damondarnell_302297 Blink Mini camera mount. The screw STL file was taken from @MarcHooghiemstra Logitech C920 mount.

Handle used to finish a custom made rod to stick through the grating of your Pit Boss 8-in-1 Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker to ensure that you can easily move the last of the pellets to the auger.

1x #5-0. 75 wood screw

1x 1.5" wooden dowel rod (cut to preferred length)

A small, easy to print, hexagonal paint tray to easily mix small amount of paint. Especially useful for painting miniatures.

The overall dimensions of the paint tray are

Filament samples and box to store them. I use "Avery All-Purpose Labels, 1.5 x 2.75 Inches, White, Pack of 76" labels from Amazon. I created a line tool as well for the labels to make sure that my lines are consistent.

The samples are designed to be able to be put on a ring should you not require the entire box. The box uses press fit 10mm D x 1.6mm W magnets.

This design is still a work in progress. Some of the potential modifications being added on later larger tolerances for the filament slots in the box, and larger insert holes in the box to allow larger magnets for a more secure closure.
