Printing
- All parts can be printed without supports.
- Print the base clips with two perimeters and zero infill so they can easily flex.
- Print the spring with enough perimeters that the spring arm is entirely solid.
- Add brims to prevent curling. All parts must print flat to fit correctly.
- Avoid silk or matte filaments on the mechanical parts on this design. These tend to be more brittle than regular filaments.
Assembly

Optional Assembly
- Add 6x3mm magnets to the topper and lid for slightly more snap in the puzzle mechanism
- Use glue or 6-8mm M3 bolts to secure the spring to the box lid
