This update to the Mini Super Toggly Fidget Button uses a stronger central post and an optional external case for a 100% glue-free assembly!

Customization

  • This update is compatible with all existing mini emoji buttons found in the original project.
  • Add an optional external case to create a glue-free fidget that can still be disassembled for future modifications.
  • Add an optional second spring for a stronger click.

Printing

  • All parts can be printed without supports.
  • Print springs with 100% infill. Ideally, the filament path should run the length of the spring. This can be achieved by forcing the infill to be horizontal instead of diagonal or by setting the perimeter count to a high value.

Assembly

  • Case parts should click together with a little force.
  • The slide-on external case will hold both halves together if they feel loose.
