The Moduluma Ecosystem is a modular lamp system where vases, shades, inlays, and decorative elements can be freely combined to create countless unique designs. Every part is interchangeable, tool-free, and designed for easy assembly, making it possible to build lamps that suit your personal style.

The Chain Inlay for the Modular Vase creates a bold, interlinked pattern that adds a sense of structure and rhythm to your lamp. Its repeating chain motif works beautifully with both minimal and detailed lampshades, giving the finished design a strong and elegant character.

How to Print: Print the plate as it is. These inlays are made for the Modular Vase (not the Modular Vase Big). Since parts are mirrored, insert them consistently into the vase — either all with the print-plate side facing outward or all facing inward — to achieve a uniform pattern.

How to Build Your Lamp: Print all the parts you need for your build:

One Modular Vase + Clips Chain Inlays for the Modular Vase Lampshade of your choice Leafs for modular lampshades (if using a modular shade) Then assemble the lamp as follows:

Prepare the Vase: Press-fit the Chain Inlays into the Modular Vase. As the parts are mirrored, make sure all are aligned the same way for a clean, continuous look. Add the Clips: Press-fit the clips into the top side of the vase. These will secure the shade later.

Insert the Fixture: Install your chosen lamp fixture (E14, E27, or the Bambu Lab LED Kit). Build the Shade: For modular shades, press-fit the bottom clip through the bottom ring into the first spline, then press the top clip through the top ring into the same spline. Alternate attaching even and odd splines until the shade is complete. Insert the leaf elements into their designated slots by pressing them downward.

Connect Shade and Vase: Position the shade above the vase and gently press it onto the clips. If it feels tight, work your way around pressing in sections until fully seated.

Finish: Place the cable neatly into the slot at the bottom of the vase. Your lamp with the Modular Vase and Chain Inlay is complete!
