This is exactly the original Sprite Extruder cooling duct from Sorkin K3D with just a hole for the spinners / indicators that are used for Taurus V4 cooling duct.
Apart from adding holes to standard Sorkin models, I've added a model for those who upgraded their Ender 3 S1 and Pro with K1 hotends (yes, it fits if you change one connector).
