The Appelsians of Appelse Beta 32 in the Neinverse never suffered a cataclysmic world event that knocked them into a tidally-locked orbit around their system's sun, so half of their world has never been bleached by searing sun 24-7. They're just regular humanoid "people" still out to defeat and decimate their nearest world neighbour, the 85s, who are also still just non-mutated warring people. The Brute Tank is designed to take hits and dole them out. Being small, it's also portable and fits well into the common office parking spot!
