Made a simple edit to combine the 5-15 and 5-7 plates into one plate for those of us with large enough printers to print it all at once. (it's about 255mm x 235mm) Shouldn't need clips or glue. Can't guarantee this will work correctly, as I haven't tested it in print yet.
