this is a basic water bong (it has a carb hole near the top)

Instructions!!!:

DO NOT USE WITHOUT FOIL YOU WILL MELT THE PLASTIC

Fill with water through the mouth piece (at the top) until it is covering the bottom of the "straw", it is preferable to fill with more water but do what you please.

Get some aluminum foil (tin foil works too just something like that) and place it in the bowl, this is the external piece that is on top of the stem.

Poke a hole and make sure it is lined up with the square hole, then scrunch up the ends of the foil with the edges of the bowl. the slots on the edge should hold it in place.
